Booking
We do not require a credit card to book and hold an appointment but, we reserve the right to require a credit card for clients after one or more no-show appointments.
Cancellations
We request 24-hour notice for weekday cancellations and 48-hours for weekend cancellations.
Late Arrivals
We buffer a little time between clients and can accommodate late arrivals up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a no show.
Minors
Minors, such as pre-teens and teenagers may receive our treatments. We require a signed consent form from a parent or guardian prior to treatment. Children are not permitted in treatment rooms while someone is receiving treatment.
Photos
We reserve the right to take before and after pictures for all treatments. This is a requirement for our advanced procedures per our insurance and liability provider including LED, microdermabrasion, hydro Dermabrasion, nano-infusions, peels/enzymes.
Product Returns
We stand by the products we sell. If you are not happy with the product(s) purchased, contact us as soon as possible so we can find a better fit to help you achieve your skin care goals.
Cancellations and No Shows
Same day cancellations or no shows for existing clients will have a $50 charge added to their next appointment. Same day changes take available times from other clients and from me. We understand emergencies happen and happily make exceptions.
Weather Closures
We follow the same closure schedule as Fairfax County Public Schools.
