We require a credit card to hold and book an appointment and appointments must be booked online, not over the phone. We will not accept card information over the phone or email.
Cancellations, No-Shows, Late Arrivals
We request a minimum of 48-hours notice for cancellations. If cancelling within 24 hours, we charge 50% of the service fee, no-shows are charged 100%. We can accommodate up to a 15 minute late arrival, note that the appointment time may be shortened but the cost will not be adjusted. Over 15 minutes late is considered a no-show.
