Use 1 time a month, at most every 3 weeks.
After cleansing, dry skin and begin rolling for 5 minutes. You want to go up and down, left to right and then a cross over hatch like the UK flag. After this 5 minute session, apply a serum and continue rolling but focus more on areas with deeper lines and concentrated damage.
Roll for another few minutes, until the roller is smooth - this means that all crystals have been pushed into your skin.
Yes, this is safe to use on your neck and décolletage however for extended body use, you may need to use 2 roller heads per session.
