Postpartum care is vital not only for a mental break but for physical care, nourishment and re-alignment.
This post-partum care series is a gift we know each new mom (or not so new mom) is in need of. These sessions are all crafted to help heal, release pain and stiffness and feel more grounded in their body, which often after birth, feels foreign.
This experience package includes three fully bespoke body work sessions (75 minutes per session) to include a mix of massage to her needs and specifications, mobility work, breath work and more - all crafted to help the mind and body feel rested and on the path to recovery.
Each session ends with a refreshing tea blend and snack, all to help mom feel nourished inside and out. At the end of her third session, she will go home with a care centered gift bag from us as well to extend her moment of peace.
